When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details. Authentication is handled through our third-party identity provider (Clerk), and we do not store passwords directly.
1.2 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Services, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, and general usage patterns. We use PostHog for product analytics.
1.3 Content You Provide
We collect and process the data, files, and content you submit to the Platform in the course of using the Services, including runbooks, task configurations, and agent outputs.
1.4 Technical Information
We collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and referring URLs.

- AI model providers: Content you submit for AI processing may be sent to third-party model providers. These providers process your data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Content and agent outputs are retained according to your Subscription tier’s data retention limits. Upon account termination, we will delete your data within thirty (30) days unless retention is required by law.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
