Frequently asked questions
What counts as a run?
Every time an agent workflow kicks off — whether triggered manually, via the Jetty API, the Claude Skill, or a scheduled job. Each child task inside a parallel workflow counts as a separate run.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated on your next invoice. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing period.
What happens if I hit my monthly run limit?
We'll notify you as you approach the limit. Once you hit it, new runs pause until you upgrade or your quota resets at the start of the next billing period.
Do unused runs roll over?
No — quotas reset each billing period. This keeps pricing predictable for you and us.
Can I bring my own API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)?
Yes, on every plan. Set your provider keys in your collection's environment variables. Model usage on your keys is billed by the provider, separate from your Jetty subscription.
How do team seats work?
Flat plan pricing — no per-seat upsells. Each plan includes a team-size limit; invite up to that many collaborators.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Not currently. The Free plan is designed to let you explore the full product with real runs — upgrade when you outgrow it.
